Coir mats are mainly used as door mats. They are made on traditional handlooms and are acknowledged to be the best in the world for strength, durability and brushing qualities.

These mats manufactured by insertion of tufts of coir fibre in the base fabric. The fibre mats have a very compact brush firmly held by the base fabric and therefore these mats are very durable. These mats are available in the plain natural color of the raw material and also in a variety of woven fancy designs and patterns. These mats are also woven with monograms or artistic designs or with names inlaid on them. The designs are bevelled to give clarity of the outline. The fibre mats are available in standard oblong and half-oval sizes and also in special sizes according to the taste of the customer. Fibre mats are products of skill and deft craftsmanship backed by centuries of experience.

A low pile mat manufactured with beach and vycome yarns. Beach Creel mats has pile height ranges from 7/8`` (22 mm).

Construction of both the varieties are the same but the variety of yarn (Vycome) used gives the superiority. Creel mats are available in plain and in variety of stencilled designs, Jaspe and stripe.
